Order Processing
All orders are processed same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow additional processing time during busy periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Novaderm Co.™ cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
